A common set of problems
Plenty of businesses know they should be doing more with AI tools but have no idea where to start. Others have paid for courses or consultants and come away with nothing to show for it. The same problem comes up with websites, where agencies build things more complicated and expensive than they need to be. And with hardware, where suppliers recommend whatever earns them the most.
JarrettPlatforms was established in 2026 out of those conversations. The aim is straightforward: to explain technology in plain terms without the jargon.
There is no large team. Clients deal with one person throughout and receive straightforward help without being passed around.
They're all solving the same problem
AI training, websites, and technology consulting might seem like an unexpected combination. But they all come from the same place.
Websites came first because they're concrete and deliverable. AI training grew from clients who were curious but didn't know where to start. Tech consulting followed from watching those same people get poor advice on equipment.
All three exist to give businesses straightforward, transparent access to technology services — without the complexity or the markup.
